From Employee to Human Resources Entrepreneur

Aspirations, dreams, desires and ideals.  All of us would like to achieve something in life!
But what would that dream be? And how do we get happy and most of all pleased with our choices?
During university studies, we are strongly aware of the fascinating world of multinational companies, of successful brands, and we are lured by the idea of being part of their story. With the completion of studies, sometimes even earlier, the real challenges make their presence felt and those who succeed from this point in following their dreams, feeling truly fulfilled, are very few. They belong to the category of those who have a great dream and the Divinity has contributed to its fulfillment, changing all the way to something far beyond people’s imagination.
My dream was to work in a multinational company and gradually to get away as far as possible … By a pure coincidence, one day, a door opened and I had access in the Human Resources industry. Shortly afterwards, I realized that sometimes the discrepancy between dreams and reality is what drives the so-called fluctuation of staff.
The competence of the Human Resources Department requires you to make predictions and identify talents, efforts closely followed by employees’ retention through continuous motivation actions. Apparently simple, it is never that way! In order to succeed in Human Resources you are supposed, in specific terms, to define a clear strategy, to know your strengths as an employer brand, to know your audience, to create and maintain a relationship with them even if your roads do not intersect in a given period, collect valuable data regarding the market, candidates, salaries, communication, marketing and the list can invariably continue …

Motivation is the engine that maintains enthusiasm and ensures longevity at work

Going forward, I could say with conviction that motivation at the workplace determines the performance of an employee and, implicitly, of the company for which he works.  So here’s the key to success! But how many managers understand this essential? 
How many find the talents appropriate to their business needs and how they know how to harness people’s skills and communicate effectively with them?
In the same equation there is also the sharing of common values that will decisively influence, sooner or later, partnerships between people, leading to change and different choices.

For me, change has come as a challenge that I have not even considered before. Another way, a decision to go in another direction. It all started with a seminar that spoke about the idea of Human Resources Entrepreneurship.
